Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Notice: You can cancel anytime prior to your booked session. 3. No-Shows: Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notification will be considered a no-show and will result in a charge of the full cost of the service. 4. Rescheduling: Please reschedule your appointment anytime before your booked session to ensure you do not incur the No Show fee. 5. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. Exceptions to this policy will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Boarder Pass Sarnia management. Please contact us as soon as possible if you experience an emergency. 6. Payment: Cancellation fees will be charged to the payment method on file or invoiced accordingly. Example: A customer books a paddle-board rental for 5:00 PM on Friday. Cancellation must be initiated by 9:00 AM on Friday to avoid a late cancellation fee. Failure to attend the appointment will eliminate eligibility of a refund (see "Exceptions" policy above).
